HR Business Partners at PKN ORLEN supported the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at building the employees' commitment.
In 2014, we focused on the standardisation of the Group’s HR and payroll systems. Three further companies implemented an IT system consistent with the system used at PKN ORLEN, and twelve companies implemented the Self Service application. Moreover, the consolidation processes taking part at the ORLEN Group necessitated a number of changes to the Group’s IT systems to facilitate support for the companies merged or reorganised within the Group.
HR Business Partners at PKN ORLEN supported the development and implementation of initiatives based on the findings of the employee engagement survey, whose results were announced for the first time in 2014. As part of cooperation within the Group, HR Business Partners provided assistance with updating HR documents, especially at those companies in which Collective Bargaining Agreements or remuneration rules were amended during the year.
